Our five focus areas
Norstat continues the journey to enhance our work with sustainability and to optimize our value creation. We have identified our key sustainable impact areas through communications and validations from several stakeholder groups. Through these areas, we are able to focus our efforts towards where the potential impacts are greatest. The following four overarching pillars are identified as the foundation to our sustainable value creation:

Adhering to the UN Sustainability Goals is crucial to bettring our company and society. Here are the areas where we have the greatest impact, and what we concretely do in order to reach a more sustainable future.

Gender equality
5.5 Ensure women’s full and effective participation and equal opportunities for leadership at all levels of decision making in political, economic and public life
We ensure an inclusive work environment with equal conditions for all, and that everyone has the same opportunity to develop and succeed. We also monitor for differences in work satisfaction and check for any perceived discrimination or different treatment. Lastly, representation of both genders are fundamental in our recruitment processes.

Decent work and economic growth

Also we actively monitor and follow-up satisfaction and engagement scores from our temporary and full time employees.

Climate action

When incentivizing our panel members for participation in studies, we offer and promote redemption options that have positive impact on our climate. To date, more than 160 000 trees have been planted by our panel members in important reforestation projects around the world

Peace, justice and strong institutions
